RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a size exchange or return within 14 days of delivery. Size exchanges are free, while returns have a €4.99 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in their packaging.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

To make a return, you must log in to your user profile on our website and start the return process directly from your personal area.

Once your request has been registered, you will receive an email with all the instructions for shipping your package.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

HOW TO MAKE A SIZE EXCHANGE

To make an exchange, you must log in to your user profile and start a return request, indicating "Size exchange" in the reason for the return.

Next, you must send an email to info@foolcompany.it indicating:

order number
item
desired size
desired color

Once we receive the item and verify your request, we will ship the replacement.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@foolcompany.it with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a free exchange.
